Standard Amenities in a Dan Young Construction Home: Cultured marble baths: Ceramic tile and wood floors; All wood cabinets; Granite or solid surface countertops.

Also included are cased windows, crown molding, and tray ceilings. He prefers total electric with insulated hot water lines and hot water circulator loop for instant hot water and very low electric bills. His subcontractors have been with him for years and are polite and helpful to the customer as any you'll ever find!
 
In other words, flash it and seal it so that it's totally waterproof before any siding, brick, or stucco is ever installed. He will not even consider building a roof with a dead valley (which you see alot of these days!)
